Our Social Purpose 

Fair Company is committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities for people who face barriers to work. 

In Australia, people with disabilities and mature-age workers often experience higher unemployment due to discrimination, limited workplace flexibility and a lack of supported employment pathways. 

Our purpose is to reduce these barriers by providing supported, long-term employment within the cleaning industry.

How We Create Impact
